Chattogram:One individual has died, and 98 dengue patients have been admitted to various hospitals in Chattogram over the past 24 hours.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, of the 98 newly hospitalized patients, 84 were admitted to government hospitals, and 14 to private hospitals.
The Civil Surgeon Office reports that a total of 4,165 dengue cases have been identified in Chattogram over the past nine months, up to September 27, with 20 fatalities during this period. Of the total cases, 3,452 were treated in government hospitals, while 713 received care in private facilities.
The office also noted that 3,985 dengue patients have recovered and have been discharged to their homes.
