Dhaka: US Ambassador to Bangladesh Brent T. Christensen stated that Boeing aircraft and US airport security technology are contributing to the growth of Bangladesh's aviation sector, which plays a significant role in the country's economy. He made these remarks during a meeting with Civil Aviation and Tourism Minister M Rashiduzzaman Millat at the Secretariat.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Ambassador Christensen congratulated Minister Millat on his recent appointment. The discussions between the ambassador and the minister focused on the contributions of Boeing aircraft and US technology to the aviation sector's expansion in Bangladesh.
The meeting also covered the development of Bangladesh's civil aviation and tourism sector and explored avenues for cooperation between Bangladesh and the United States. Both sides emphasized the importance of continued collaboration to further strengthen the aviation industry in Bangladesh.
