Dhaka: The Bangladesh Handball Federation is set to organize the inaugural Warriors Handball League (Men) from September 20 to 22, featuring teams from Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB), Bangladesh Ansar, Bangladesh Police, and Bangladesh Handball A team. All matches of the three-day competition will be held at Shaheed (Captain) M. Mansur Ali National Handball Stadium in the capital. According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the league will see each team play against the other three teams. The team with the highest points at the end of the league stage will be declared champions, while the second-placed team will finish as runners-up. The champions will receive Taka 30,000, while the runners-up will get Taka 20,000 as prize money. The league is expected to provide handball players with regular competitive opportunities, enhance their skills and capabilities, and contribute to the development and promotion of handball at the national level.
