According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, DMP's Traffic-Jatrabari Division reported that police members on duty around 8:30pm observed a man pulling a gold chain from a woman's neck and attempting to flee. They promptly chased and apprehended the suspect, retrieving the stolen chain from his possession.
The suspect was subsequently handed over to Jatrabari Police Station for legal action. Proceedings against him are underway.
