Bangladesh to Participate in 3rd FIDE Chess Olympiad for People with Disabilities

Samarkand: The Bangladesh People with Disabilities Chess team is set to compete in the 3rd FIDE Chess Olympiad for People with Disabilities, which is scheduled to commence tomorrow in Samarkand, Uzbekistan.

According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the team representing Bangladesh includes FIDE Master Syed Mahfuzur Rahman, Mohammad Obaidul Islam Shahin, Md. Aktar Hossain, and Nurnahar Tonima. The delegation is headed by Mohammad Farhadur Rahman, with Md. Arifuzzaman Arif serving as the non-playing captain of the team.
