Dhaka: The government today transferred Inspector General of Prisons Brigadier General Syed Md Motaher Hossain back to the Bangladesh Army. The decision was made official through a notification issued by the ministry of public administration, highlighting that the transfer is effective immediately and has been initiated in public interest.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the notification specified that Brigadier General Syed Md Motaher Hossain has been reassigned to the armed forces division of the Bangladesh Army. This move is part of routine administrative adjustments and reflects the government’s ongoing efforts to align leadership roles within its various departments and divisions.
