Dhaka: Foreign Minister Dr Khalilur Rahman left Dhaka for Qatar early today on a two-day official visit, accompanied by a high-level government delegation.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the delegation includes the Prime Minister's Adviser on Finance and Planning, the Prime Minister's Foreign Affairs Adviser, and the state minister for Power, among others. This information was disclosed in a press release issued by the foreign ministry.
During the visit, the high-level Bangladesh delegation is expected to take part in official engagements in Qatar. The Foreign Minister is scheduled to return home on the night of August 19.
