Rangpur: Like previous years, the top educational institutions of Rangpur city have achieved exceptionally brilliant results in the 2026 SSC exam again this year, under the Dinajpur Education Board. Among them, Rangpur Cadet College is on the list of acquiring a 100 percent pass rate.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, all 50 candidates, including 47 from the science group and three from the humanities group, who participated in the 2026 SSC examination from Rangpur Cadet College, achieved GPA 5. Rangpur Cadet College Principal A H M Serajuzzaman attributed this success to the disciplined environment of the Cadet College and the supervision of teachers and officials. He stated that the college focuses on developing cadets as competent citizens by emphasizing moral and character building, sports, and co-curricular activities alongside formal education, which contributes to the physical, mental, and intellectual growth of cadets.
The principal congratulated the SSC examinees on achieving their desired results and expressed gratitude to all the staff, officers, teachers, and cadets of the college, as well as their guardians.
In addition, out of 223 SSC examinees in Rangpur Zilla School, 217 passed and 150 secured GPA-5. From Rangpur Government Girls' High School, 269 students took part in the examination and 264 passed, with 177 obtaining GPA-5. This year, 533 students from Rangpur Cantonment Public School and College participated in the SSC examinations; 530 passed and 329 acquired GPA-5. From Rangpur Police Lines School and College, 567 students passed the SSC exam out of 571 students, with 322 achieving GPA-5.
With the announcement of the results today, students, their guardians, and teachers of the educational institutions celebrated the day in a festive mood.
