PM Tarique Rahman Engages in Dialogue with Hefazat Islam Leader Muhibullah Babunagari

Fatikchhari: Prime Minister Tarique Rahman today met Allama Shah Muhibullah Babunagari, Ameer of Hefazat Islam, at the Al-Jamiatul Islamia Azizul Ulum Babunagar Madrasah in Fatikchhari. The meeting was part of the Prime Minister's visit to the religious institution, where he was warmly received by the religious leader and principal of the madrasah.

According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the Prime Minister was escorted to the guest reception room, where he and Allama Muhibullah Babunagari engaged in a discussion focused on the latter's health and well-being. This meeting was attended by several notable government figures, including Finance Minister Amir Khosru Mahmud Chowdhury, Home Minister Salahuddin Ahmed, State Minister for Land and Chattogram Hill Tracts Affairs Mir Mohammed Helal Uddin, State Minister for Power, Energy and Mineral Resources Aninda Islam Amit, and Members of Parliament Sarwar Alam and Gias Kader Chowdhury.

Upon the Prime Minister's arrival at the madrasah, students lined the road to extend a warm welcome. Tarique Rahman took the time to greet the students personally, demonstrating his engagement with the younger community. Following the initial reception, the Prime Minister participated in a views-exchange meeting on the madrasah premises, with Allama Muhibullah Babunagari presiding over the session.
