Noakhali: BNP lawmaker Zainul Abdin Farroque has announced the party's intention to pass all agreements made under the July Charter in Parliament. He addressed the issue during a sapling distribution event at the Senbagh Upazila Auditorium.

According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Farroque highlighted that those who engage in spreading misinformation against BNP will not gain public approval. He emphasized the importance of the July Charter and warned against exploiting the July August period for false propaganda, stating that it would lead to a loss of public acceptance.

Farroque further stressed the significance of historical movements, likening the July August Movement of 2024 to the Language Movement of 1952 and the Liberation War of 1971, describing them as integral parts of the nation's democratic fabric. He urged against spreading confusion and paid tribute to those who sacrificed during the July August period.

The event was chaired by Senbagh Municipal BNP Convener Faruk Babul and moderated by Member Secretary Shahid Ullah. Special guests included Senbagh Upazila BNP Convener Muktar Hossain Patwari and Member Secretary Anwar Hossain Bahar. The event aligns with BNP's commitment to planting 250 million trees over five years as part of their electoral promises.
