Dhaka: A court here today deferred until August 13 the hearing on charge framing in a case filed against ousted Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and 33 others over the murder of truck driver Hossain during the July mass uprising. Today was fixed for holding a hearing on the matter, but the prison authorities failed to produce accused Forkan Hossain before the court for the hearing.
