Dhaka: Officials of the Centre for the Rehabilitation of the Paralysed (CRP) paid a courtesy call on Prime Minister Tarique Rahman on Sunday. The meeting was held at the Prime Minister's Office in the Cabinet Division of Bangladesh Secretariat at 12:45pm, as per a release issued by the PM's Press Wing.
According to United News of Bangladesh, the discussions during the meeting focused on rehabilitation activities for people with paralysis. CRP officials took the opportunity to brief the Prime Minister on the organisation's ongoing activities, detailing the treatment services and various aspects of rehabilitation support they provide.
The meeting was attended by CRP Founder and Coordinator Valerie A Taylor, Executive Director Prof Dr Mohammad Sohrab Hossain, Chairman of the Trust for the Rehabilitation of the Paralysed Muhammad Saidur Rahman, and Member Mustaque Ahmed, among other senior officials of the organisation.
