Rajshahi: A three-day training workshop on “Audit, Accounts and Finance” began today at the Rajshahi Government Survey Institute under the Ministry of Education’s ASSET project. The workshop aims to enhance financial transparency and improve skills in accounting procedures, budget preparation, modern tender management, audit concepts, and prevention of financial irregularities. It also focuses on improving accountability, office management, record keeping, and return submission.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the training workshop was inaugurated this morning with Md. Jahangir Ali serving as the chief guest and Engineer Junaid Ahmed attending as a special guest. The event was chaired by Amirul Islam, while Engineer Abdullah His Safi acted as the course coordinator.
Speakers at the event emphasized that the training would significantly enhance the professional skills of teachers and staff, ensuring greater transparency and efficiency in administrative activities.
