Dhaka: Two people lost their lives and two others sustained injuries when a truck collided with an auto-rickshaw on the Dhaka-Mawa highway at Teghoria in South Keraniganj, Dhaka, early Wednesday.
According to United News of Bangladesh, the tragic incident occurred around 1 am near Mehera Petrol Pump. The truck crashed into the auto-rickshaw, resulting in the immediate death of two individuals, whose identities remain unknown. Two others were injured in the collision.
Saiful Alam, the officer-in-charge of South Keraniganj Police Station, confirmed the details of the accident. The injured victims were promptly transported to Dhaka Medical College and Hospital for medical attention.
