Beijing: Foreign Minister Dr Khalilur Rahman met Minister of the International Department of the Central Committee of CPC (IDCPC) Liu Haixing in Beijing on Thursday. During the meeting, they discussed Bangladesh-China friendship, connectivity, trade and investment, multilateral cooperation, and regional issues.
According to United News of Bangladesh, the Foreign Minister highlighted Prime Minister Tarique Rahman’s vision for a connected and globally engaged Bangladesh. Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to the One China Principle and deeper bilateral cooperation.
