Rajshahi: A day-long workshop titled ‘Creating a Roadmap for the Development of the Department of Philosophy: Workshop on Documentation and Evidences’ was held at Rajshahi University (RU) today. The Department of Philosophy organized the event at the Momtaz Uddin Arts Building.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Vice-Chancellor Professor Faridul Islam attended the workshop as the chief guest. The event also saw the presence of Professor Md. Kamal Uddin, who served as a special guest in his capacity as the Additional Director of the Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC). Additionally, Professor Md. Monimul Haque, also an Additional Director of IQAC, contributed as the resource person for the workshop.
The workshop featured discussions and practical training focused on various aspects of higher education. Topics covered included quality assurance, accreditation processes, the Bangladesh National Qualifications Framework, course file preparation, and essential documentation. The event was chaired by Professor Md. Ariful Islam, Chairman of the Department of Philosophy.
