Dhaka: During a meeting at DU on Wednesday, British Council Country Director Stephen Forbes met with the Treasurer of the DU Prof Dr. M. Jahangir Alam Chowdhury, at his office in the campus. The discussion centered on the potential for strengthening ongoing joint collaborative academic programs between DU and the British Council through dialogue.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Stephen Forbes was joined by Mr. Toufiq Hasan, Head of Education of British Council; Noor Rasel, Head of Operations and Security; and Farhadul Azim, Facilities Operations Manager. The meeting also focused on organizing training programs for university teachers and students as part of the joint initiative of DU and the British Council.
