Khulna: The Administrator of Khulna City Corporation (KCC), Nazrul Islam Manju, emphasized the importance of religious and social infrastructure in enhancing the quality of life for city residents. He highlighted the necessity of developing additional green spaces and contemporary recreational facilities to benefit city dwellers.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Nazrul Islam Manju made these remarks during the inauguration of the Nirala Eidgah at Ward No. 24 under the city corporation. He reiterated his commitment to urban development and the provision of humanitarian assistance. The administrator later inspected the ongoing development work at Nirala Park in the same ward, instructing officials to complete the project swiftly without compromising on quality.
Additionally, the administrator participated in a sewing machine distribution program organized by the Ashroy Foundation. He noted that such initiatives are crucial for the economic empowerment and self-reliance of women.
