Chattogram: Land and Hill Tracts Affairs State Minister Mir Mohammad Helal Uddin today highlighted how the arrangements for Bangla Nababarsha 1433 mirror Prime Minister Tarique Rahman's vision of creating a 'rainbow nation'. He emphasized that the celebrations truly embody the spirit of unity and diversity by bringing together people from various backgrounds, religions, castes, and tribes.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the State Minister, speaking as the chief guest at the Bengali New Year celebration at the historic DC Hill premises in Chattogram, praised the inclusive and harmonious environment fostered through the participation of individuals from all walks of life. He underlined the importance of nurturing an artistic and cultural atmosphere through such gatherings, noting the beauty that emerges when events transcend mere formalities.
Helal acknowledged the collective efforts of both front and backstage teams, expressing gratitude for the successful event and emphasizing the importance of showcasing Bengali tradition and culture through various activities such as rallies, recitations, dances, and music.
