Mirsarai: RAB has arrested Yasin Arafat (27), a convicted individual serving a 10-year sentence in a drug case, from Mirsarai today. The arrest took place during a raid in the Chaumuhani Market area of Magadia Union on Thursday afternoon. This operation was conducted based on confidential information received by the authorities.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Yasin Arafat is the son of the late Naimul Karim Prakash Bhulan Hazari from Master Para in the Feni district. Yasin was a fugitive sentenced to 10 years of rigorous imprisonment in a drug case filed by Ramu police. Following his arrest, RAB handed over Yasin to Fulgazi police in Feni for further legal proceedings.
