Meeting of Majlis-e-Shura of Rajshahi City Jamaat Focuses on Organizational Growth

Rajshahi: A meeting of the Majlis-e-Shura, organized by the Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Rajshahi city unit, took place this morning at a community center in the city. The meeting was presided over by Rajshahi city Jamaat Ameer Dr. Mawlana Keramat Ali, MP, with City Jamaat Secretary Imaz Uddin Mondal conducting the proceedings.



According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the meeting featured discussions led by notable speakers, including the city’s Naib-e-Ameer Advocate Abu Mohammad Selim and Dr. Mohammad Jahangir. Professor Dr. Abul Hashem delivered a dars, providing religious insights to the attendees.



The central organizing secretary of Jamaat-e-Islami, Professor Rafiqul Islam, addressed the gathering as the chief guest. He emphasized the Islamic movement’s objective to establish the religion of Allah on earth. To achieve this, he advocated for expanding the organization while enhancing the moral standards of its leaders and activists.



Professor Islam underscored the significance of nurturing morally strong workers to further the movement’s goals. The meeting was attended by key figures such as the Assistant Secretary of Rajshahi city Jamaat Principal Mahbubul Ahsan Bulbul, Principal Shahadat Hossain, Professor Abdus Samad, and Organisational Secretary Jasim Uddin Sarkar, along with members of the Metropolitan Majlis-e-Shura.
