Pakistani and Bangladeshi Prime Ministers Exchange Eid Greetings Over Call

Dhaka: Pakistan Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif on Friday held a telephone call with Prime Minister of Bangladesh Tarique Rahman to exchange Eid ul Fitr greetings.



According to United News of Bangladesh, during the conversation, the Pakistani Prime Minister conveyed Eid ul Fitr greetings to Prime Minister Rahman and the people of Bangladesh. Recalling the ties between the two countries, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif assured Prime Minister Tarique Rahman of Pakistan’s commitment to strengthening bilateral cooperation across all spheres.



The two leaders discussed regional developments in South Asia and the situation in the Middle East, advocating for dialogue and diplomacy to resolve differences and disputes. Prime Minister Rahman reciprocated the Eid greetings and extended his best wishes to the people of Pakistan. Both leaders expressed eagerness to work closely for regional and global peace and stability.
