Faridpur: Leaders of the Bangladesh Jewelers Association (BAJUS) greeted the newly elected Member of Parliament from Faridpur-3, Chowdhury Nayab Yusuf, with flowers at his residence last night.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, BAJUS leaders visited Yusuf's residence at Moyez Manzil in Faridpur and engaged in a view-exchange meeting. Following the discussions, they congratulated him on his electoral victory by presenting flower bouquets.
During the event, BAJUS leaders expressed their support for Yusuf and pledged full cooperation in future development activities. In response, Yusuf thanked them and committed to advocating for business community interests.
Additionally, BAJUS leaders requested increased police patrols in the local goldsmith market area. Yusuf assured them of his attention to this matter and promised to address their demands gradually.
The meeting was attended by Faridpur district BNP Member Secretary A.K. Kibirya Swapan and other district BNP leaders. BAJUS district unit President Nanda Kumar Baral presided over the event, with General Secretary Shyamal Karmakar conducting the proceedings.
