Dhaka: The well-marked low over the southwest Bay of Bengal has weakened into a low-pressure area over the Southwest Bay and adjoining central Bay of Bengal. It is projected to move northeastwards, as reported in a regular bulletin from the Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD).

According to United News of Bangladesh, the Ridge of Sub-continental high is extending up to Bihar and its neighboring areas. The Met office bulletin indicates that rain or thundershowers are likely to occur at one or two places over the Khulna and Rajshahi divisions. Elsewhere across the country, the weather is expected to remain mainly dry with a temporary partly cloudy sky.

Furthermore, the night temperature may see a slight increase, while the day temperature is anticipated to stay nearly unchanged across the country.
