Dhaka: The government has issued the Supreme Court Secretariat (Amendment) Ordinance, 2026. The ordinance was announced through a notification released by the Printing and Publication Wing of the Legislative and Parliamentary Affairs Division under the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the confirmation of the ordinance’s issuance was provided by Dr. Md Rezaul Karim, the public relations officer of the Law Ministry.
