Dhaka: Wagging tails, curious whiskers and smiling faces filled the Dhaka University Teacher-Student Centre (TSC) on Tuesday afternoon as the campus hosted its first-ever Pet Carnival, turning the iconic spot into a lively celebration of companion animals.
