Contract of Toby Cadman as Special Adviser to Chief Prosecutor Ends

Dhaka: The contract of Toby Cadman, who was appointed as Special Adviser to the Chief Prosecutor of the International Crimes Tribunal (ICT), Mohammad Tajul Islam, has concluded. Cadman’s tenure, which was initially set for one year, came to an end at the close of November, and there has been no renewal of his contract.



According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Chief Prosecutor Mohammad Tajul Islam confirmed that Toby Cadman’s contract expired and was not extended beyond its original term. Cadman, who serves as Joint Head of the London-based law firm Guernica 37, began his role as Special Adviser to the Chief Prosecutor of the ICT in November 2024.
