Advisers Begin Week-Long Campaign on Referendum Awareness

Chattogram: Members of the Council of Advisers have commenced a campaign aimed at raising public awareness regarding the upcoming referendum on the July Charter. The interim government advisers, tasked with election monitoring and assistance, embarked on this initiative today, January 15. As part of this program, the advisers are set to educate citizens across various districts about the referendum’s significance, objectives, and procedures.



According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the campaign is scheduled to run until January 21, as stated in a press release from the Chief Adviser’s Press Wing. Throughout this period, the advisers will engage with individuals from various sectors, including local administration representatives and civil society members, to enhance public understanding and encourage participation in the referendum.



On the campaign’s inaugural day, Local Government Adviser Adilur Rahman Khan is in Chattogram, where he will partake in several activities, including meetings with pertinent officials.
