Dhaka: The Coca-Cola Company invites fans in Bangladesh to see the most coveted Trophy in the world ahead of FIFA World Cup 2026, said a press release. The FIFA World Cup Trophy Tour by Coca-Cola will reach Dhaka on January 14, 2026, allowing Bangladeshi fans the opportunity to experience football's most desired prize, the original FIFA World Cup Trophy.

According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Mickael Vinet, Vice President of Global Assets, Influencers and Partnerships at The Coca-Cola Company, expressed excitement about bringing fans closer to the action with the FIFA World Cup Trophy Tour by Coca-Cola. Vinet emphasized the unique opportunity for fans to experience the thrill and connection of football up close. He encouraged fans to celebrate the emotions associated with watching a football match by bringing the original FIFA World Cup Trophy to Bangladesh.

The FIFA World Cup 2026 is set to be the largest ever, spanning three host nations: Canada, Mexico, and the United States. It promises more teams, more matches, and more celebrations than ever before. The FIFA World Cup Trophy Tour by Coca-Cola will visit 30 FIFA Member Associations, making 75 stops over 150 tour days, offering fans a rare chance to see the original FIFA World Cup Trophy.

Romy Gai, FIFA's Chief Business Officer, highlighted the significance of the FIFA World Cup Trophy as the greatest symbol in sport. He praised the partnership with Coca-Cola, which has united fans and brought the magic of the FIFA World Cup through the Trophy Tour for two decades. Over five editions, the trophy has visited 182 of FIFA's 211 Member Associations. This tour marks the 20th anniversary of the FIFA World Cup Trophy Tour by Coca-Cola and coincides with preparations for the largest FIFA World Cup in history.

Coca-Cola has launched an interactive "Under the Cap" Promo Campaign, allowing football enthusiasts to unlock their chance to view the original FIFA World Cup Trophy and take commemorative photographs. Fans can participate by purchasing 1-liter Coca-Cola promo packs and scanning the QR code on the label. Successful participants, who answer a FIFA-themed quiz correctly, will win tickets to view the Trophy. The offer runs from November 15, 2025, to January 8, 2026, with winners announced every 90 minutes.

The FIFA World Cup Trophy Tour by Coca-Cola also serves as a platform to promote positive impact in local communities. The Coca-Cola Company will collaborate with local teams and bottling partners to support sustainability initiatives, including packaging collection and recycling efforts.
