Dhaka: The National Human Rights Commission-NHRC (Amendment) Ordinance, 2025 has been issued. The ordinance was published on December 8 for public information and will come into immediate effect.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, a notice regarding the ordinance was issued by the Printing and Publication wing of the Legislative and Parliamentary Affairs Division under the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs.
