Dhaka Board to Start HSC Mark Sheet Distribution on Dec 10

Dhaka: The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Dhaka, has announced that colleges must collect the original mark sheets for their HSC examinees of 2025 from December 10 to December 22.

According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the board's exam controller, Professor SM Kamal Uddin Hyder, issued a notification stating that the mark sheets would be distributed between 10 am and 3 pm on the specified days, following a district-wise schedule. The schedule outlines that colleges in Tangail and Dhaka districts should collect the mark sheets on December 10. Narsingdi and Faridpur districts are scheduled for December 11, while Manikganj and Munshiganj are set for December 14. Kishoreganj and Narayanganj will collect on December 15, followed by Madaripur and Shariatpur on December 17, Rajbari and Gopalganj on December 18, Gazipur on December 21, and the Dhaka Metropolitan Area on December 22.

The notification requires college principals or their designated representatives to present a list of passed students by groups, a written authorization letter, and three attested specimen signatures to collect the mark sheets. In cases where acting principals or head teachers are involved, they must carry authorization documents from the governing bodies, managing committees, or ad-hoc committees, which also require countersigning by the committee president or the Upazila Nirbahi Officer.

The HSC and equivalent examinations for 2025 began on June 26, and the results were published on October 16, with a success rate of 58.83 percent.
