Discussion Meeting in Chuadanga Emphasizes Youth’s Role in Nation Building

Chuadanga: A discussion meeting titled "Come, let's change the country, let's change the world" was convened in Chuadanga today, aiming to inspire increased youth involvement in the pursuit of a dynamic and developed Bangladesh. The event, organized by the District Information Office, took place at the DC Sahitya Mancha of the Deputy Commissioner's office, with Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Nayan Kumar Rajbangshi presiding.

According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Kamal Hossain, addressing the gathering as the chief guest, highlighted the crucial role that youth can play in national development. He argued that youthfulness is more a matter of mindset and enthusiasm than chronological age, stating, "A person may be old in age, but if he retains youthful energy and passion in work, he can contribute like a youth."

Further elaborating, Commissioner Hossain drew parallels with countries such as Singapore, Vietnam, Japan, and China, which were once in similar conditions to Bangladesh but advanced through the effective utilization of skilled human resources.

The meeting also featured speeches from notable figures including Civil Surgeon Dr. Hadi Ziauddin Ahmed, Associate Professor Munshi Abu Saif of Chuadanga Government College, District Information Officer Shilpi Mandol, Anti-Discrimination Student Movement Convener Aslam Hossain Ark, Chuadanga Press Club General Secretary Bipul Ashraf, and Warriors of July Convener Mahfuzur Rahman. These speakers emphasized the importance of youth leadership, innovation, and patriotism in crafting a prosperous and progressive future for Bangladesh.
