Dhaka: Russian Ambassador to Bangladesh Alexander Grigoryevich KHOZIN today sent a bouquet and a letter wishing the recovery of ailing BNP Chairperson and former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, a senior official from the Russian Embassy, on behalf of the Ambassador, visited the BNP Chairperson's office in Gulshan to deliver the bouquet of flowers and the letter.
BNP Chairperson's Personal Secretary ABM Abdus Sattar accepted the items on behalf of Begum Khaleda Zia, who is currently receiving medical treatment at Evercare Hospital in the city.
