31.5% Growth in Remittance Inflow Until November 23

Dhaka: Inflow of remittances witnessed a year-on-year growth of 31.5 percent, reaching US$2,271 million in the 23 days of November, according to the latest data of Bangladesh Bank (BB) issued today. Last year, during the same period, the country's remittance inflow was $1,726 million.

According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, during the period from July to November 23, 2025, of the current fiscal year, expatriates sent remittances amounting to $12,420 million. This figure marks an increase from $10,664 million sent during the same period of the previous fiscal year.
