Dhaka: Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) Chairperson and former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia was admitted to Evercare Hospital in the capital tonight for health checkups. Professor AZM Zahid Hossain, her personal physician as well as a member of her medical team, informed reporters around 8 pm that this decision was made based on the recommendation of the medical board formed for her treatment.
