Patuakhali: Police in a drive arrested Nazmul Haque, 32, of the banned Bangladesh Chhatra League former president of Kalapara upazila unit, last night. Police arrested Nazmul from College Road area of the municipality on Tuesday night.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Officer-in-Charge of Kalapara Police Station Mohammad Jewel Islam confirmed the matter, stating that Nazmul Haque is accused in several cases. He will be sent to jail through the court today.
