Satkhira: The district administration, in cooperation with law enforcement agencies, held the monthly law and order meeting here today. Deputy Commissioner (DC) Mostaq Ahmed presided over the meeting, which was held at his conference room.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Superintendent of Police (SP) Mohammad Monirul Islam discussed various issues related to maintaining law and order in the district. The meeting aimed to address ongoing security concerns and strategize effective measures to uphold peace and safety in the region.
The meeting saw the presence of several key figures including Deputy Director of the Local Government Division Mashruba Ferdous, Captain Major Sajeeb of the Bangladesh Army Camp in Satkhira, and Civil Surgeon Dr Md Abdus Salam. Other attendees were Assistant Director of BGB Battalion-33 Beg Abdullah Al Masum, Government College Principal Professor Abul Hashem, Chief Executive Officer of Satkhira Municipality Md Asaduzzaman, District BNP Convener Rahmatullah Palash, Member Secretary Abu Zahid Dablu, and Jamaat district Ameer Vice Principal Shahidul Islam Mukul.
Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Bisnupada Paul conducted the meeting using a multimedia projector, facilitating discussions and presentations. The gathering served as a platform for leaders and officials to collaborate and ensure the district’s law and order protocols are effectively managed.
