Dhaka: A music video titled “Adarsha Neta” was released today, featuring Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP)’s Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman’s homecoming as the song enchants audiences with its iconic verse and melody.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Bangladesh Jatiotabadi Samajik Sangskritik Sangstha (Jasas), the cultural wing of BNP, released the music video at an event at Dhaka Reporter’s Unity (DRU). The song was the brainchild of senior journalist and former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia’s senior assistant press secretary Ashik Islam.
Jasas central committee convener Helal Khan unveiled the song, while the event was moderated by Jasas central committee member secretary Zakir Hossain Rokon. The music video, planned and thought by Ashiq Islam and directed by Helal Khan, showcases the leadership of Tarique Rahman, his dedication to the people and the country, and the citizens’ eagerness to welcome him back to Bangladesh.
The song concludes with the poetic verse “Tomar Jonno Akash a Batash a Dekho Mukhorito Slogan Tomi Amader Adarsha Neta Tarique Rahman,” expressing affection and admiration for the BNP acting chairman.
