According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Anee stated, ‘We have to be united to realize the next parliamentary polls. This election is meant not for an individual or for a party rather for the wellbeing of the people who have undergone through agony for the last 16 years.’ He expressed these views while attending an Uthan Baithak, a courtyard meeting, hosted by the Chandraganj union BNP and Mohila Dal under Lakshmipur Sadar Upazila, for wards numbered 3, 4, and 5.
