Nilphamari: The ‘National Revolution and Solidarity Day’ was observed in Nilphamari district with a day-long free medical camp. The event featured blood group determination, diabetes testing, and a blood donation drive as part of the observance.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the Bogura district unit of the Doctors Association of Bangladesh (DAB) organized the event at the district BNP party office. Md. Sohelur Rahman, the convener of the DAB district branch, presided over the inaugural session. The district BNP convener, Mir Selim Faruk, attended as the chief guest and delivered a speech.
Other speakers at the event included DAB member secretary Md. Redwan Zubayer, Swechchhasebak Dal member secretary Md. Shihabuzzaman Chowdhury, former organizing secretary of district Jatiyatabadi Jubo Dal Al Noman Parvez, and former student leader Sanaul Haque.
