Dhaka: Inflow of remittances witnessed a year-on-year growth of 48.9 percent reaching US$350 million in the first three days of November, according to the latest data of Bangladesh Bank (BB) issued today. Last year, during the same period, the country’s remittance inflow was $221 million.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, during the period from July to November 3, 2025, of the current fiscal year, expatriates sent remittances totaling $10,475 million. This figure marks an increase from the $9,159 million recorded during the same period of the previous fiscal year.
