Chittagong university: Chittagong University (CU) students formed a human chain at the Shaheed Minar this evening, demanding the immediate implementation of the Teesta Master Plan and Bangladesh's fair share of Teesta River water.

According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the protest was organized by students from Rangpur division and featured placards condemning water injustice and India's alleged influence over Bangladesh's water policies.

Speakers at the event, including student leaders and activists, stressed the importance of the plan, highlighting its potential to transform northern Bangladesh through agricultural development and national economic growth.

The rally concluded with a unified call to protect national interests and ensure water justice for the Teesta-dependent regions.
