Dhaka: Norwegian Ambassador to Bangladesh, H¥kon Arald Gulbrandsen, engaged in a meeting with the Ameer of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami, Dr. Shafiqur Rahman, at his office located in Bashundhara in the city.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the meeting was attended by several significant figures from the Jamaat-e-Islami party. Present at the meeting were Jamaat-e-Islami Secretary General and former Member of Parliament, Professor Mia Ghulam Parwar, along with Assistant Secretary General and Head of the Central Publicity and Media Department, Advocate Ehsanul Mahbub Zubair. Additionally, Central Executive Council Member Mubarak Hossain and Jamaat Ameer’s Foreign Affairs Advisor, Professor Dr. Mahmudul Hasan, were in attendance, as noted in a press release.
