Bogura: A cattle trader lost his life in a road accident this morning in the Shitlai area under Kahalu upazila. The victim has been identified as Aminul Sheikh, aged 40, who was a resident of Joytul village in the same upazila.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the tragic incident occurred on the Kahalu-Bogura road. The accident happened when a vehicle carrying cattle overturned after the driver lost control of the steering. Nitai Chandra Sarkar, the officer-in-charge (OC) of Kahalu Police Station, confirmed that Aminul Sheikh died on the spot.
Following the accident, police officials recovered Aminul Sheikh's body and transferred it to the Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College Hospital morgue for further procedures, as stated by the officer-in-charge.
