Doha: Bangladeshi Foreign Minister Mohammad Tohid Hossain has condemned Israel’s actions against Qatar, describing them as unjustified and a threat to international stability, security, and peace. Speaking at the emergency Arab-Islamic summit in Doha, he emphasized the need for a collective response to halt Israeli violations.
According to Union of OIC News Agencies, Minister Hossain characterized the Israeli aggression as “deliberate” and a continuation of ongoing violations of international law. He urged Arab and Islamic nations to unite in safeguarding their sovereignty and to adopt a firm stance to compel Israel to cease its practices.
Minister Hossain reiterated Bangladesh’s support for the establishment of a Palestinian state within the 1967 borders. He called for unity among nations and emphasized the importance of translating words into action to achieve peace and justice and to deter further Israeli violations.
