Hopes of Humanity Centre Distributes 1,000 Saplings in Mymensingh

Mymensingh: Hopes of Humanity Centre, a student-based organisation from Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU), has undertaken an initiative to distribute 1,000 saplings in the region. This effort is part of a two-day program that began at the Mymensingh Kewatkhali Community Centre, aiming to engage teachers, students, and local residents in environmental conservation.



According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the event saw the distribution of Rupali saplings, with the initiative being led by SM Sajjad-ul-Islam, the Managing Director of the Hopes of Humanity Centre. Sajjad-ul-Islam emphasized the importance of tree plantation, highlighting its significance not only for the environment but also for the overall welfare of humanity. He expressed the organisation’s vision to foster a green and sustainable Bangladesh.



Among those present at the event was Md. Chand Miah, the Head Teacher of Mymensingh Premier Ideal High School. The program aims to encourage the local community to participate actively in creating a more sustainable environment.
