Lalmonirhat: Rapid Action Battalion (RAB)-13 seized 100 bottles of ESKuf and 100 bottles of phensedyl and arrested two alleged drug dealers from Chandrapur Uttarpara village under Kaliganj police station of Lalmonirhat on Thursday. The arrestees were identified as Md Hossain Ali, 50, and Shree Pushpa Roy, 25, from villages Mongagach and Paikertari, respectively, under Kaliganj Police Station.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, an operational team from RAB-13, based in Rangpur battalion headquarters, conducted a raid at Chandrapur Uttarpara village. During the operation, they seized the 200 bottles of contraband ESKuf and phensedyl, and apprehended the two men at 11:30 am, as stated in a press release.
The arrested individuals, along with the seized drugs, were handed over to Kaliganj Police Station in Lalmonirhat, the release further added.
