Dhaka: In the ongoing nationwide anti-criminal crackdown, police arrested 1711 more crime suspects in the last 24 hours.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, 1170 of them were netted in previous cases and pending warrants, while 541 others were apprehended on various criminal charges. During the operation, law enforcement officials also seized one foreign pistol and four rounds of bullet.
