Dhaka: Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) president Aminul Islam Bulbul is set to meet the national cricketers at a local hotel in the city tomorrow (Tuesday). This meeting marks his first formal interaction with the players since assuming the role of BCB president.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Aminul plans to provide directives to the players and engage in detailed discussions on various issues. This meeting follows his return home from Australia, where he spent time with his family. During his stay abroad, he remained involved with BCB activities by joining a meeting online.
After the meeting with the BCB president, the players will head to Sylhet to complete their final preparations for the upcoming series against the Netherlands and the Asia Cup. The Netherlands team is scheduled to arrive in Bangladesh on August 26, with T20I matches planned for August 30, September 1, and September 3 at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium. Post this series, the Bangladesh team will depart for the UAE to participate in the Asia Cup.
