Dhaka: The HSC exams that were initially scheduled for July 22 and 24 have been rescheduled to August 17 and 19, following a training jet crash into a building of Milestone School and College in Uttara.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, this update was provided in a letter signed by Professor SM Kamal Uddin Haider, the Controller of Examinations of the Dhaka Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board and the Convener of the Inter-Education Board Examination Regulatory Committee. The letter highlighted the necessity to reschedule the exams due to the unforeseen incident.
The letter further indicated that the practical examinations have also been postponed as a result of the delay in the written exams. The practical exams must be conducted between August 21 and August 31. Additionally, the practical numbers are required to be entered online by September 3. The submission of practical answer sheets, signatures, and other related documents must follow the instructions of the Board's Examination Controller, and they should be arranged in roll number order for submission to the officer-in-charge or their representative.
